Nirmala Matric Hr Sec School situated at Ariyalur is run by the congregation of the sisters of St. Anne of Tiruchirapalli (SAT). The Congregation of SAT was founded by Annammal the Servant of God, to uplift and empower the poor, the marginalized, the weak, the destitute, the neglected children, and the oppressed women from the unethical and evil clutches of the society .
